Step 2.
Inspect the strainer for holes and cleanliness. Report damage to organizational
maintenance. Clean the strainer with dry-cleaning solvent and a rag.
Step 3.
Inspect the preformed packing on the screw cap for tears and dry rot. Report
damage to organizational maintenance.
Step 4.
Reinstall the strainer (2) in the strainer assembly (3) and secure the screw cap (1)
with a suitable wrench.
Step 5.
Repeat Steps 1 through 4 for the other strainer.

Cable and Hoses. Service the cable and hoses by following these procedures:
Step 1.
Inspect the cable and the hoses for rips, tears, and dry rot. Report damage to
organizational maintenance.
