This line contains the strike serial number assigned to the attack. All
future NBC (Nuclear) reports pertaining to that attack will show the same
strike serial number.
h. DELTA.
Date and time of detonation shown in local or ZULU time.
Local or ZULU
must be shown.
i. FOXTROT.
Location of the attack can be shown either as a place or by grid
It can be shown as actual or estimated.
This must be
specified. (EXAMPLE: NV492873 Estimated). This location is calculated
from observer information in the NBC 1 (Nuclear) Reports.
j. GOLF.
Means of delivery, if known, should be shown in this line.
k. HOTEL.
Type of burst - air, surface, or unknown - is shown in this line.
l. NOVEMBER.
After calculating the estimated yield from the observer data, it is
entered on this line.
