The M4A1 Nuclear Yield Calculator (Figure 2-6 and Figure 2-7) consists of
three plastic discs fastened together at the center. The center disc is
white plastic approximately 4 1/2 inches in diameter with cloud parameter
scales printed on both sides. Around the outer edge are printed nuclear
yield scales. On each side of the center disc are movable clear plastic
discs with a frosted center area. On these discs are printed flash-to-
bang time, distance to ground zero scales, and an arrow which extends
from the frosted area to the edge of the disc.
