b. Lettered Lines to Complete in NBC 4 (Ch e/Bio) Reports.
(1) HOTEL.
Line HOTEL is used to report the type of agent/type of
burst (air or ground).
(2) QUEBEC.
Line QUEBEC is used to report the location of sampling
(using grid coordinates) and the type of sampling. You must state whether it
was an air or liquid sample.
(3) SIERRA.
Line SIERRA is used to report the date/time group of
detection.

Submit NBC 4 Report.
Submit the completed report as directed or IAN unit SOP. Submit NBC 4
Reports to higher headquarters as often as needed to accurately depict the
situation.
