Installation of the fuel tank and bracket is the reverse order of removal.
Muffler
The Model 1A08-3 gasoline engine does not have an external muffler. The Model 1A08-1 engine muffler must
be replaced when defective.
Figure 11 shows the screws which must be removed and the clamp which must be loosened to remove the muffler
for service or replacement. To remove the muffler, remove the screw which fastens the muffler bracket to the
engine shroud, loosen the clamp screw, and then remove the muffler.
